Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days, and if this time has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
Return an Item
You must contact us at info@paradisedreamland.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you are returning an item over $50, we recommend using a tractable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item surrounding unforeseen circumstances.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as food, health beauty products, masks, and gift cards. We also do not accept returns from hazardous materials, flammable liquids.
Exchanges
There’s no exchange on any item that you purchased, only refunds will be issued once approved by us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method of the item/s. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Responsibility
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
